Dan Feiner brings over 20 years of experience in sales and leasing of commercial real estate to the firm. He is primarily responsible for retail leasing and investment sales.

Previously, Dan was with The Discovery Group as Vice President of Leasing for four years. He was responsible for leasing The Discovery Group's 1 Million SF portfolio consisting of retail, office, medical and industrial space. Dan also performed outside brokerage services representing select Landlords and Tenants.

Prior to Discovery Group, Dan was with MG Commercial Real Estate Services for 13 years and took over the retail leasing and marketing division for the company in 2003. Dan also worked at another local commercial real estate firm for a short time as a real estate sales broker. Additionally, he was a Vice President of Real Estate for a multi-unit restaurant venture in the Northeast in the mid-late 1990’s. Mr. Feiner has also served as a financial advisor at a major financial institution serving high net-worth clients as well as small- and mid-sized business owners.

In his commercial real estate career, Dan has represented property owners and tenants as well. Past clients include Holiday Inn Express, GCO Carpet, SuperValu/Shaw's, CVS Pharmacy, Tropical Smoothie Cafe, Pearle Vision, Aamco Transmission, Little Caesars, Dunkin Donuts, Ford Motors, and Taco Bell.

Dan is a past member of the Northern RI Chamber Executive Success Cub and of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). He is a past treasurer of the Warwick, RI Chapter of Business Network International (BNI) and current board member of the ICSC Next Gen, RI.

Dan has a degree in Political Science from Washington College, Chestertown, MD.

He resides in Cumberland, RI with his two daughters.
